Manual harvest – August 2024 & Bottled – February 2025. Harvested from land located next to the winery. Bunches de-stemmed prior to pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel & then 5 month ageing in 500L ceramic Amphora. The ceramic helps to create a more rounded & complex, light to medium bodied wine.
