Tastings are held al fresco either amidst the picturesque surroundings of the winery or beneath the shade of olive trees with views of the lush Sauvignon Blanc vines.
The proximity to the equestrian facilities allows you to feel connected to the energy & elegance of the horses.
In the cooler months we may move into the winery where the ambiance of the winemaking process really enhances the enjoyment of the wines

Tour of the Equestrian Facilities & winery. An explanation of the wine making process & works required in the fields. An informal tasting of 6 wines with a selection of locally sourced produce.
This tour allows our guests to relax for an additional hour, with their group, under the olive trees, with an additional glass of wine and the Mallorcan gourmet platter.

Tasting in the fields or in the mountain and a walk around the vineyards.
