Manual harvest – August 2023 & Bottled – June 2024. Fermentation in stainless steel & 6 months ageing in 500L in French oak or ceramic Amphora. Medium bodied red wine yet easy to drink.  Medium tannins and rich in colour. The ceramic helps to create a more rounded & complex, medium bodied wine.
